Looking for a specific message but can't quite remember all the details?
Use the search bar at the top to search for the message via one of these details:
Callback number
Patient DOB
Patient name
Patient message
Caller ID name
From date
*MRN is not searchable
Example: I am looking for a message and I remember the patient last name was Smith. I type Smith and click the magnifying glass to display a list of messages and then select the one I am looking for.
